Embedded Upgrade of MyQ X
Together with the latest update of MyQ X (ver. 10.1), we also boosted our powerful Embedded Terminal. Now it lets you preview files in your print queue and scan to/ print from the cloud and local folders you choose directly on the printer panel.
See what you’re about to print
Report_231 and Report_321 are both in your print queue and you’re suddenly not sure which one your manager wanted on paper? No sweat! Press the eye icon in the top right corner and preview the file that’s waiting to be put on paper right on the printer screen.
Preview your queued files in one click
There, you can browse the entire file, and zoom it to double check if you’re printing the correct version. If the answer is yes, release the document from the preview mode, select its properties, and out it goes. Is it an old file you no longer need? Just press the trashcan icon and delete it.
TIP! You can also preview documents on the go with the latest version of our MyQ X Mobile Client.
Pick your folder before scanning
To give you more flexibility when you’re choosing your scans’ destination, we’ve added folder browsing to the well-liked Easy Scan function. This means now you can choose where to store your scanned documents during the scanning process and you won’t have to rely only on the pre-set workflows. MyQ X supports both cloud and network storages, so feel free to send e.g. a freshly signed contract to HR’s OneDrive (or to one of the many cloud storages MyQ X supports) or leave it in their local folder. Name the file as you wish and save it wherever you need to.

Standing by the printer remembering one more handout you wished to print? No need to go back to your laptop hibernating on the desk. Find it right from the printer panel! Folder browsing is now also available for the Easy Print feature. Press it and find the desired file in a cloud or network folder. Select it, edit its properties (color, one/two-sided…) and you are ready to print it.
